I’m telling you all you want to know about my workout routine in this post!
If you follow me on Snapchat, you’ve probably noticed that I work out a lot. My trip to Ibiza is only 3 weeks away and I always push myself a little harder before going into bikini-mode ;). I try to work out at least four times a week. This includes boxing, HITT workouts, hot yoga and running! My love for running has been there from the start. I wasn’t really into sports growing up, but when I ran my first 5k I noticed how it helped me to clear my mind and I got hooked right then and there. Running truly makes me feel free and alive.
I go for a run at least once or twice every week, so I can’t really imagine what I would do if I was unable to do so. Unfortunately this is the reality for so many people and that made me decide to go and run my very first race on the 8th of May with the Puma Wings For Life Team! A 100 percent of the entry fees will be put into spinal cord research, which is very much needed. And the good news is you can run with me too :). Now, wouldn’t that be fun!
